- Fees and Payments

8.2 All fees and payment terms for services will be specified in a separate written Proposal, Contract, or Statement of Work agreed between Worksoft and the Client.
8.3 Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable upon presentation. Worksoft reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the rate of 5% per month, accruing daily until settlement.
8.4 Ownership of any equipment, software licenses, or third-party products purchased on behalf of a Client shall remain with Worksoft until payment is received in full
- Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.2 By using this website, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
- Updates to Terms
10.1 Worksoft may revise or update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
